Gangnam Spa Loyalty Club Program Terms and Conditions
The Gangnam Spa Loyalty Club Program (the “Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Gangnam Spa LLC (“Gangnam Spa”, the “Spa”, “We,” “Our,” or “Us”). We are committed to providing the highest quality experience to all of our guests and are excited to enhance those experiences even further with this Program, which has been designed to reward Program members (“Member” or “Members”) with things they already do, such as visiting the Spa, receiving services, and sharing experiences with friends.
Eligibility and Enrollment
The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Corporations, associations, or other groups may not participate in the Program. Individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid phone number and email address are eligible to become members. Only one Program account may be associated with a single individual, phone number, and/or email address.
Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program in person only at our location (4055 Highway 6 N, Houston, TX 77084) and by speaking to one of our front desk or information desk staff members. You will be required to provide your first name, last name, valid form of identification for verification purposes, email address, and phone number in order to enroll. Your birthday information will also be recorded during enrollment, in order for us to ensure you receive birthday-related Rewards. A regular enrollment fee of $10 will be charged to complete enrollment. You must notify our staff as soon as possible if there are any changes to your contact information.
Program Benefits, Terms, and Restrictions
We created the Program as a way to reward and say thank you to both new and long-time loyal customers for things they were already doing: visiting our Spa, booking service appointments, and sharing and bringing along friends. The Gangnam Spa Loyalty Club not only offers frequency and action-based rewards (such as free 5th visits and referrals), but also provides access to Member-exclusive deals (such as, for example purposes only: limited-time deals on 10x admission tickets and 50% off weekday admission with a service).

Members enjoy the following benefits:
All benefits and rewards can only be redeemed or provided in-person at our location, 4055 Highway 6 N, Houston, TX 77084. In order to receive any benefits or rewards, such as adding to your visit count, Members must present their membership card at check-in. We will not be able to retroactively apply any benefits or rewards after check-in has been completed. For example, if you forget to provide your membership card at check-in, we will not be able to provide you credit or add to your visit count for your current visit. Or if you forget to provide your card at check-in and were charged full price for a product, item, or service that was eligible for a Member-only discount, we will not be able to provide you a refund or credit of any kind after the charge has been made, even if you show us your valid membership card afterwards. Membership card must still be provided at time of check-in for online admission payments to count towards visit count.
We may ask Members at any time to provide a form of identification as a form of verification.
If a Member would like to refer someone to join the Program, the new member must meet our Eligibility and Enrollment requirements, including providing a valid form of identification, such as a state-issued driver’s license or U.S. Passport. Members cannot refer existing Members. Existing Members cannot ask to cancel membership and rejoin the Program as a referral. We reserve the right to change, restrict, cancel, or refuse this referral reward and any other Program Reward to Member(s) for any reason including, but not limited to, reasonable suspicion of Program misuse, fraud, exploitation or abuse of Rewards, and violation of Program Terms. We reserve the right to hold or cancel an individual’s membership and/or permanently restrict entry into our facilities if, in our sole discretion, we know or believe the individual to have violated our spa policy or any of the Program Terms.
If your membership card gets lost, stolen, or significantly damaged beyond use, a $5 card replacement and reassignment fee will apply.
Rewards are provided based on supply and service availability, and substitutions made by us in our sole discretion may occur. We are unable to provide refunds or credits related to any Reward or benefit for any reason.
Member accounts nor Rewards can be shared, transferred, or combined in any way. Only the Member whose card or account is used for a given Reward or offer will receive the Reward or offer. Rewards and/or any other type of benefit earned through the Program have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Program benefits.
Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for other benefits, offers, credits, another product, or a monetary refund.
We are not responsible for Rewards and/or any other benefits lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity or misuse.
Refunds & Returns
Any items, services, discounts, or products received as a result of redeeming Program Rewards or benefits cannot be refunded or credited back to you, your Member account, or your original payment method in any way for any reason.
Termination and Modification
After the initial enrollment fee, we will not charge any ongoing or recurring fees for you to retain membership. However, if for any reason you’d like to cancel your membership, you may send a cancellation request to email@example.com. Please include your full name, phone number, and membership ID number with your cancellation request. We may still retain some information, such as your first and last name, in accordance with law and our Privacy Notice. If you’ve cancelled your membership and would like to re-enroll, you will not be eligible for any referral rewards and the full enrollment fee of $10 will apply.
We reserve the right to change Program Rewards and their terms, including, but not limited to, changing what we consider eligible visits for visit counts and the terms and duration of Member-only discount offers. We reserve the right to place limits on Rewards, including, but not limited to, restricting the maximum number of a product that can be purchased under a Members-only discount and placing limitations on referral rewards, which shall be based upon our sole discretion and evaluation upon the appropriateness of certain Rewards.
The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Program Terms, our FAQs, and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated Rewards or benefits.
We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your membership account at any time, in our sole discretion. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Program Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Program Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorized use of any Program rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates, may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program and make you permanently ineligible to gain entry into our facilities. If your membership is revoked, any Rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Program, its Rewards, and its features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your participation in the Program in violation of any law, rule, regulation or these Program Terms.
