Gangnam Spa Loyalty Club Program Terms and Conditions

The Gangnam Spa Loyalty Club Program (the “Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Gangnam Spa LLC (“Gangnam Spa”, the “Spa”, “We,” “Our,” or “Us”). We are committed to providing the highest quality experience to all of our guests and are excited to enhance those experiences even further with this Program, which has been designed to reward Program members (“Member” or “Members”) with things they already do, such as visiting the Spa and receiving services.

The following terms and conditions (these “Program Terms”) contain important information regarding the Program and participation. Please read the following Program Terms carefully. Participating in the Program entitles Members to redeem or have access to certain Program benefits and rewards (“Rewards”). Rewards may change from time to time or be made available for limited times, all as determined by Gangnam Spa in its sole discretion. Gangnam Spa reserves the right to modify these Program Terms at any time, without notice to you, so please check the Program Terms periodically and see the “Last Updated” date. By participating and enrolling in the Program or redeeming Rewards, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and any modified terms included described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. By enrolling in the Program, you also agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Program Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement for products or services. You cannot participate in the Program if you do not agree to these Program Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our website Terms and Conditions. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility and Enrollment

The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Corporations, associations, or other groups may not participate in the Program. Individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older and who provide and maintain a valid phone number and email address are eligible to become members. Only one Program account may be associated with a single individual, phone number, and/or email address. 

Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program in person only at our location (4055 Highway 6 N, Houston, TX 77084) and by speaking to one of our front desk or information desk staff members. You will be required to provide your first name, last name, valid form of identification for verification purposes, email address, and phone number in order to enroll. Your birthday information will also be recorded during enrollment, in order for us to ensure you receive birthday-related Rewards. A one-time enrollment fee will be charged to complete enrollment. You must notify our staff as soon as possible if there are any changes to your contact information. 

Program Benefits, Terms, and Restrictions

We created the Program as a way to reward and say thank you to both new and long-time loyal customers for things they were already doing: visiting our Spa and booking service appointments. The Gangnam Spa Loyalty Club not only offers frequency and action-based rewards (such as visiting frequently and purchasing premium add-ons such as massages, scrubs, or massage chair sessions), but also provides access to Member-exclusive deals.

Members may enjoy the following benefits:

• Free admission every 10th visit
  • Eligible Visits: Members will receive credit towards their visit count as long as a valid form of admission is provided. This includes admission paid for by cash, debit/credit card, pre-paid physical admission tickets, or other valid electronic admission vouchers. 
  • Visit counts NEVER expire.
  • You can use your 10th free visit on any day of the week - valid during opening hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Visit count starts at zero (0) on day of enrollment. Member's visit count will increase by a maximum of one (1) per day with valid admission, only for the the original Member cardholder.
• Free admission on Member’s birthday
  • Birthday must be verified with a valid form of identification.
  • This benefit is available to Members one (1) day AFTER date of enrollment. This benefit cannot be applied on the same day that the Member is enrolled. For example, if a new Member with a birthday on Jan 1 enrolls on Jan 1, 2022, this free birthday admission benefit will not apply that same day; free birthday admission will apply on Jan 1, 2023 and each Jan 1 thereafter. If a new Member with a birthday on Jan 2 enrolls on Jan 1, 2022, this Member will have free birthday admission on Jan 2, 2022 and each Jan 2 thereafter.
• Access to Member-exclusive discounts, deals, or packages, such as:
  • "Weekday Treat": Book a service (any body scrub or massage) for a weekday, and save 60% off admission for that day! Valid only on non-holiday weekdays (Mon-Thu). Discount will not be valid on any holidays as listed on our website. Discount applies only for one (1) admission for the Member, and Member must have a service appointment for that day. Offer can only be applied in person at check-in & is valid only if: service appointment(s) occurs that same day (which must be a non-holiday weekday); service(s) are booked before check-in, and; Member presents their loyalty card at check-in. Offer is non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. This discount and/or refund or credit equivalents cannot be applied retroactively or towards future visits for any weekday service appointments scheduled after check-in. That is, this discount can only be applied at check-in and only for admission paid for the same day of the service appointment, which must be scheduled on a non-holiday weekday. 
  • 60% off each Massage Chair session.
  • These discounts are available to Members starting on the day of enrollment, unless otherwise stated.
  • Check our website and social media pages regularly to stay up to date on any Member-only offerings! Each discount, deal, package, or offering will have clear terms and restrictions, including valid dates.
• Easier check-in - just hand us your membership card in exchange for your wristband instead of another form of identification

All benefits and rewards can only be redeemed or provided in-person at our location, 4055 Highway 6 N, Houston, TX 77084. In order to receive any benefits or rewards, such as adding to your visit count, Members must present their membership card at check-in. We will not be able to retroactively apply any benefits or rewards after check-in has been completed. For example, if you forget to provide your membership card at check-in, we will not be able to provide you credit or add to your visit count for your current visit. Or if you forget to provide your card at check-in and were charged full price for a product, item, or service that was eligible for a Member-only discount, we will not be able to provide you a refund or credit of any kind after the charge has been made, even if you show us your valid membership card afterwards. 

We may ask Members at any time to provide a form of identification as a form of verification.

We reserve the right to hold or cancel an individual’s membership and/or permanently restrict entry into our facilities if, in our sole discretion, we know or believe the individual to have violated any of our spa policies or Program Terms.

If your membership card gets lost, stolen, or significantly damaged beyond use, a card replacement fee of $10 will apply.

Rewards are provided based on supply and service availability, and substitutions made by us in our sole discretion may occur. We are unable to provide refunds or credits related to any Reward or benefit for any reason. 

Neither Member accounts nor Rewards can be shared, transferred, or combined in any way. Only the Member whose card or account is used for a given Reward or offer will receive the Reward or offer. Rewards and/or any other type of benefit earned through the Program have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Program benefits. 

Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for other benefits, offers, credits, another product, or a monetary refund.

We are not responsible for Rewards and/or any other benefits lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity or misuse.

We will not be able to honor any Rewards that may have been offered or valid in the past. Only the Program Terms and Rewards as currently listed on this page are considered valid; historical publications or marketing materials indicating different terms or benefits will not be honored or accepted. 

Refunds & Returns

Any items, services, discounts, or products received as a result of redeeming Program Rewards or benefits cannot be refunded or credited back to you, your Member account, or your original payment method in any way for any reason.

Termination and Modification

After the initial enrollment fee, we will not charge any ongoing or recurring fees for you to retain membership. However, if for any reason you’d like to cancel your membership, you may send a cancellation request to contact@gangnamspa.org. Please include your full name, phone number, and membership ID number with your cancellation request. We may still retain some information, such as your first and last name, in accordance with law and our Privacy Notice. If you’ve cancelled your membership and would like to re-enroll, the full one-time enrollment fee will once again apply.

We reserve the right to change Program Rewards and their terms, including, but not limited to, changing what we consider eligible visits for visit counts and the terms and duration of Member-only discount offers. We reserve the right to place limits on Rewards, including, but not limited to, restricting the maximum number of a product that can be purchased under a Members-only discount, which shall be based upon our sole discretion and evaluation upon the appropriateness of certain Rewards. 

The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Program Terms, our FAQs, and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated Rewards or benefits. 

We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your membership account at any time, in our sole discretion. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Program Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Program Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorized use of any Program rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates, may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program and make you permanently ineligible to gain entry into our facilities. If your membership is revoked, any Rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Program, its Rewards, and its features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your participation in the Program in violation of any law, rule, regulation or these Program Terms.

Privacy

The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program, including but not limited to purchases made in connection with your Program membership, will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
