Upon check-in, each guest is assigned a wristband with a number, which designates your locker number. For your convenience, these wristbands also serve as your form of "payment" during your visit at the spa. Any products, food, or beverages that you purchase are added to your wristband, similar to having an open tab; the total of your purchases will be settled at checkout. We will request some form of ID as a form of security deposit in exchange for the wristband. At checkout, your belongings will be returned.
Please note that broken or lost wristbands will incur a $50 replacement fee.

The spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. These rules and regulations are in place for the protection and convenience of all guests. Violation of these rules and regulations may result in removal from the premises, with or without warning, and without refund. All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges due to dissatisfaction.
