All-day access to all of our facilities. Food, beverages, and services such as massages or scrubs will incur extra charges, as they are not included with admission. 

Yes, admission is required from all guests, even if you're only planning on getting a service treatment.  

Reservations are not required for general admission - walk in at any time during our operating hours! We only require reservations for services such as scrubs and massages. 

Sometimes - we highly recommend booking ahead of time for a massage and/or scrub, as availability quickly becomes limited. 

We're excited to welcome you soon then!  As a first-time visitor, you'll be asked to fill out our waiver form during check-in (or save time and complete your waiver form online!). Yes, gift certificates are available for purchase online! All digital gift certificates can only be redeemed online. Physical gift cards are available for in-store purchase only and can only be used in-store. See our gift certificate / gift card policy here.

We do not permit any outdoor shoes, personal socks, or personal clothing to be worn while in our facilities. After check-in, all guests must be barefoot and wear provided uniforms in all common co-ed areas. Grip socks and personal VIP uniforms are available for purchase.

No, there is only nudity inside the men's and women's locker rooms. All guests are required to wear uniforms outside of the locker rooms. Guests uncomfortable with nudity will be able to change into their uniforms and enjoy the co-ed facilities outside of the locker rooms.  

No, any form of clothing is strictly prohibited inside the men's and women's baths.

You may use your phone in the co-ed facilities, as long as it is in a non-disruptive manner.  Phone or camera use is prohibited in the locker rooms and showers.

We supply you with towels & uniforms, so you only need to bring yourself (and some form of ID or your membership card, if applicable, for check-in)! Our showers are equipped with shampoo and body wash, and our locker rooms have hair dryers and basic toiletries. You can bring your own personal products if you'd like. However, please note that the Spa cannot be responsible for your personal belongings. 

Yes. Once you check out, you must pay admission again if you would like to re-enter, even if it is on the same day.
